Why can there not be PEACE!?!?!

why do we have to CHOOSE between Star trek and Star wars, why can they not live in HARMONY!?!?!?! WHYYYYYYYYY!!!!
i manage to do it! im watching star wars but im wearing a star trek t-shirt?! you might call it heresy, i call it compromise!
